Please review our terms. Use of any of the services offered by justGO will be subject to the latest version of our terms available on this website.

Our terms contain specific provisions to limit our liability, allocate risk or liability to you or constitute an acknowledgement of certain facts by you.

If you are not yet 18, you must obtain your parents' or legal guardians' advance authorization, permission and consent to be bound by our terms of use.

We may change our terms of use from time to time. Such changes will take effect as and when published.

We are a registered South African company and we commit to complying with all current and future South African Acts and Laws to ensure we maintain business practices that are ethical, honest and transparent.

We are a Retail and Online Travel Agency facilitating transactions between you and Travel Suppliers, such as:

Airline, Bus, Shuttle, Taxi Services and Lift Offer Ads.

Each Booking is subject to these terms of use as well as the applicable Supplier’s Booking Terms.

We act as an agent for the Suppliers and as such we accept Bookings on behalf of such Suppliers and collect payment from you on behalf of such Suppliers. Each Booking for a Service Component to be rendered by a Supplier will constitute a direct agreement between you and the relevant Supplier.

Your Booking request will constitute an offer on the terms and conditions contained in these terms of use and the relevant Booking Terms.

Please note that we will try to send to you a confirmation notice for every valid Booking request we receive from you, we cannot guarantee that such confirmation notice will be received by you, nor that, if they are received by you.

If you do not receive a confirmation notice after submitting your payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting your payment information, you should confirm with our Call Centre. We will not be liable for any losses you may suffer in this regard.

The information you have submitted with your Booking request will be processed as you have provided it. If you realize that an error has been made or that you need to make a change to such information, you should advise us immediately.

A complete record of your Booking will be sent via email or WhatsApp. You should retain such record.

justGO is not responsible for the service quality provided by any of our suppliers.

We may without prior notice change the price, discontinue the availability or change the description of Service Components. Special promotions may be subject to certain additional terms and conditions.

The costs associated with travel arrangements are not always stable, and currency movements can change. When you book a Service Component, we reserve the right to pass on any surcharges to you. Surcharges may be imposed to cover increases in transportation costs, including the costs of fuel and security charges.

Airfares are subject to the prices and conditions quoted by the particular airlines and cannot be guaranteed by us.

All prices indicated as applying to Service Components will be inclusive of VAT but exclusive of any other taxes and duties, which, unless otherwise indicated, will be charged separately if applicable.

IATA requires that your personal contact information captured during our flight booking process is provided to the airline you will be flying with. This is done to ensure that the airline is able to contact you for any flight delays, schedule changes or any other operational updates that may occur.

You will be required to provide the necessary payment account details when submitting your Booking request.

By submitting a Booking request to us, you authorise us to debit your designated account with the relevant amounts due for the Service Components ordered.

Should we be unable to duly effect such payment for any reason your Booking may be cancelled.

You warrant that you are duly authorized to make payments from the account designated by you.

We will provide you with an itinerary, Booking number and other electronic Travel Documents upon or following confirmation of your Booking.

When arriving at the relevant Supplier you may be required to present your credit card, reasonably acceptable photo identification (passport, identity document and/or driver’s license) and any relevant Booking number and/or other relevant Travel Documents that we may have issued to you in respect of the particular Booking.

The relevant Supplier will not be obliged to honour the Booking unless you provide it with such proof of your Booking as it may reasonably require.

It may sometimes be appropriate to collect Travel Documents from you when purchasing your tickets.

You should check all details of the Travel Documents (including the itinerary) upon receipt thereof. If there are any inaccuracies on any of the Travel Documents you should inform us immediately as we do not accept and loss as a result of such inaccuracies.

justGO offers credit and debit card payments on the justGO website as well as system generated secure electronic payment links. We accept electronic fund transfer and cash payment into our bank account. We also accept 1FOR YOU, Celbux voucher payments, Mobicred and ZeroPay with 3 instalments.

Possible payment issues: when a supplier updates its availability during the finalization of a transaction after payment has been taken, or when more than one customer is finalizing a transaction simultaneously. In these cases, justGO is unable to honour the agreed price due to the change by the supplier. justGO will in these instances either advise the customer of an additional payment, offer an alternative product or provide a full refund.

  1. 6.1justGO Platform Bookings

    All bookings made on all justGO platforms are non-refundable and changes are not allowed, except for justGO connect/lift offer ads bookings. If your booking is entitled for a change or a refund, this needs to be confirmed by justGO before your scheduled departure.

    If you wish to make a change to the booking, we will do our best to make the change. Fares will be re-quoted at the time of amendment.

    If allowed, you may cancel your booking before departure but penalties will apply based on the supplier's rules. An administration fee will also be charged by justGO. All refunds when applicable will be paid by justGO.

    In some instances changes, cancellations and refunds need to be done with the bus supplier.

    Please note these administration fees are charged to cover the administration costs for making the changes. Therefore, please be aware that the relevant suppliers may have additional fees.

    Refunds can take up to 3 weeks or longer for processing from time of communication.

    If you can provide suitable proof that a passenger, for whom the service component was originally booked, has passed away or has been hospitalized and will be unable to use the service as a result, justGO will not charge any cancellation fees.

    If you are not showing up at the time of departure, you will not be eligible for a refund. It is your responsibility to be on time before departure.
  2. 6.2justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Platform Bookings

    You are able to change or cancel a justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads booking made on any of the platforms. Additional cost may be applicable. If your booking is entitled for a change or a refund, this needs to be confirmed by justGO before your scheduled departure.

    If you wish to make a change to the booking, we will do our best to make the change. Fares will be re-quoted at the time of amendment.

    If allowed, you may cancel your booking before departure but penalties will apply based on the supplier's rules. An administration fee will also be charged by justGO. All refunds when applicable will be paid by justGO on voucher to be used on the website.

    1. 6.2.1Cancellation

      To cancel a ticket please contact justGO via email at help@justgo.co.za or WhatsApp on 078 209 2789.

      Booking can be cancelled before departure time, but penalties will be applicable, up to 48 hours before departure 25% cancellation fee will apply.

      Booking can be cancelled before departure time, but penalties will be applicable, up to 24 hours before departure 50% cancellation fee will apply.

      If a passenger cancels a trip less than 24 hours before departure - no refund is due.
    2. 6.2.2Changes

      To make changes for a ticket please use our app to request a change if it's possible.

      For all changes justGO will charge an administration fee of R50 is applicable for a name change, date change and route change per passenger per sector.

      Any fare difference will be charged separately"

      If the justGO Connect bus/taxi/shuttle/Lift Offer Ads is delayed for more than 4 hours, justGO will assist during office hours with a refund to a voucher or rebook the passenger to another supplier

      If the justGO Connect bus/taxi/shuttle/Lift Offer Ads delays less than 4 hours, the passenger will have to wait.
    3. 6.2.3Refunds

      All refunds are back to voucher for future use valid for 12 months from the date of issue

      Refund vouchers can take up to 7 working days to be issued

This agreement is governed by South African Law. The Parties consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Magistrate's Court with regard to any action based on these Terms and Conditions.

This document reflects the only agreement between you and justGO. And you are contracted to the supplier independent of justGO.

You will be liable for all legal fees or an attorney and own client scale in the event that justGO has to engage a lawyer to enforce or defend any of its rights.

We do not accept liability for any actions, errors or omissions of the suppliers and their agents, which may result in a loss of any form, including personal harm.

We do not accept liability for the consequences of actions beyond our control such as late arrival or non-issuance of visas, passports or any other travel documentation, Acts of God etc.

Whilst we at justGO are committed to doing so, you need to be aware that we cannot guarantee the extent to which your information is protected by third party service providers, such as airlines, hotels, car hire companies, etc., who need your personal information to conclude your travel arrangements.

Every reasonable effort is usually made by Suppliers to adhere to confirmed Bookings. However a Supplier may require cancellations of or changes to a Service Component from time to time. We will try to advise you of any such cancellation of or change to a Service Component of which we become aware.

Reselling of Packages or Service Components thereof, booked with us is strictly prohibited. Any resale of any tickets or other components of a Package purchased from us (or attempt) will entitle us to cancel such tickets and to resell them.

We will try to ensure that sensitive payment information (such as your credit card details) provided to us are suitably protected. For such purposes we will implement reasonable security measures which may include cryptographic techniques to protect such information. There is however no guarantee that your information is 100% safe and secure.

Use or enjoyment of a Service Component may be hazardous to the health or safety of the users of their services and you do so at your own risk.

Although we try to ensure that the particulars of the suppliers are displayed and described completely and accurately, we do not warrant same and disclaim to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law any liability arising from any omissions and inaccuracies pertaining to such display and description save to the extent that such liability is caused by our gross negligence or fraud.

We will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential losses of any kind whatsoever arising in connection with any booking (whether in contract, statute or delict, including for negligence), save to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.

In no event will our aggregate liability for the claims arising in connection with any booking exceed the fees actually received by us in respect of the service component most closely associated with the claims, irrespective of the cause of action (whether in contract, statute or delict, including for negligence), save to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.

It is strongly advised that you and those travelling with you take out adequate insurance cover such as cancellation due to illness, accident or injury, personal accident and personal liability, loss of or damage to baggage and sports equipment. Should your insurers dispute their liability for any reason, you will have recourse against the insurers only.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that all your passports and visas are current, valid, obtained on time and that any vaccinations, inoculations, prophylactics (e.g. for malaria) and the like, where required, have been obtained. Passports must be valid for 6 (six) months after return to South Africa. You should check the requirements with the travel agent before travelling.

Taxes: We will try to advise you of all mandatory taxes, which you must pay before departure. However, many countries charge departure taxes that can only be paid locally.

Medical Problems: You must ensure that all facilities offered are able to cater for any requirements from a medical / disability point of view and to make direct arrangements with the Supplier concerned in order to cater for your needs or that of any other person travelling with you.

We and our commercial partners may use your personal data for the purposes of executing transactions concluded with you, for billing purposes or in order to serve relevant advertising to you. We and our affiliates may send you information, special offers and advertising by email, through SMS, WhatsApp, within our regular newsletters, through once-off promotional offers or by telephone.

The new regulations, effective on 01 June 2015, require that all parents arriving, transiting and departing from SA produce an unabridged birth certificate for their children. It is the traveller’s responsibility to update themselves with the latest immigration requirements.

  1. 8.1.Booking a Seat with justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads

    justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads has set up a system for booking Seats online ( “Booking”) for Trips offered on the Platform.

    The methods of booking of a Seat depend on the nature of the Trip envisaged.

    justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads provides to users on the Platform a search engine based on different search criteria (Place of origin, destination, dates, number of travellers, etc.). Certain additional functionalities are provided on the search engine when the user is connected with his/her Account. justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads invites the user, regardless of the booking process used, to carefully consult and use the search engine to determine the offer that is most adapted to his/her needs. The Customer, booking a Trip on a Point of Sales can also ask the Driver or the desk agent to do the search.

    1. 8.1.1justGO Connect/Lift Offer Trip

      When a Passenger is interested in a justGO Connect/Lift Offer Advert benefiting from Booking, he may make an online Booking request. This Booking request is accepted automatically. At the time of the Booking, the Passenger makes the online payment of the Cost Contribution and the related Service Fees, where applicable. After receipt of the payment by Lift Offer Ads and validation of the Booking request by the Driver, where applicable, the Passenger receives a Booking confirmation (the “Booking Confirmation”) via email, also dependent on selection via sms or whatsapp.

      At the time of the Booking Confirmation, justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads will include the telephone number of the Driver (if you are the Passenger) or of the Passenger (if you are the Driver), by accepting the T&C’s you agree to display your phone number. You are then solely responsible for executing the contract binding you to the other Member.

    2. 8.1.2Trip

      For Trips, justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads enables the Booking of Tickets for a given Trip through the Platform.

      The Transport Services are governed by the GT&C of Sale of the relevant Driver, depending on the Trip selected by the Customer, which must be accepted by the Customer before placing the order. justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads does not provide any transport services with regards to Trips, the Drivers are solely party to the GT&Cs of Sale. You recognize that the booking of Seats for a given Trip is subject to the GT&Cs of Sale of the relevant Driver.

      justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads draws your attention to the fact that certain Transport Services offered by the Driver and mentioned on the Website may be withdrawn, in particular for climactic reasons, seasonal pic, or in the event of force majeure.

    3. 8.1.3Named nature of the Seat booking and terms of use of the Services on behalf of a third party

      Any use of the Services, in the capacity of Passenger or Driver, relates to a specific name. The Driver and the Passenger must correspond to the identity communicated to justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads and the other Members participating in the justGO Connect/Lift Offer Trip or to the Driver, where applicable.

      However, justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads allows its Members to book one or more Seats on behalf of a third party. In this case, you undertake to accurately indicate to the Driver, at the time of the Booking, the forenames, age and telephone number of the person on whose behalf you are reserving a Seat. It is strictly prohibited to book a Seat for a minor under the age of 18 travelling alone for a justGO Connect/Lift Offer Trip.

      In addition, the Platform is intended for the booking of Seats for individuals. It is forbidden to book a Seat for transporting any object, package, animal traveling alone or material items whatsoever.

      Furthermore, it is prohibited to publish a justGO Connect/Lift Offer Advert for a Driver other than you.

Collection: We may collect certain information during any of the following: when engaging with third party service providers; making use of our internal reporting tools; making use of any reservation tools; making use of any other goods or services offered by us; during the booking process; during any online session from your web browser; from cookies we may send to your computer and from web beacons on our website to track how you use our website; and information, that you provide when you upload or download content from our website or when you enter prize draws, take advantage of promotions, respond to surveys or register and subscribe for certain additional services.

Use of information: We may use your information to send you administrative messages and email updates regarding new products on our website; for marketing purposes; and for business purposes, which we think are beneficial to you.

Disclosure: We might disclose your information in the specific circumstances mentioned in this policy.

To clearly state your travel requirements and ensure they are understood.

To provide accurate information at all times, especially with regards to:

The spelling of travellers names as per passport or ID document

Contact details, such as telephone and email

To check all details on quotes and confirmations and to confirm these are correct before travel documents are issued.

To ensure that you are familiar with the terms and conditions of each supplier.

To advise us of any special needs at the time of the booking and to understand that despite our best endeavours these requests may or may not be fulfilled by the supplier.

To ensure that all personal travel documents are valid, such as passports, health certificates, international driver’s licenses, visa(s), travel insurance etc.

To present a valid form of payment timeously. Late or invalid payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation and you may incur financial penalties.

All Individuals insured under justGO has cover dates as follow: 7 days accidental death cover from 1st day of travel. Cover starts at 00h01 on 1st day of travel and expires at 23h59 on 7th day after 1st day of travel

Accidental death cover limits for the justGO is as follows:

  1. All persons receive a cover of R10,000 via the opt-in booking process is provided at a premium of RX.
  2. All persons who book a justGO Connect supplier receive a R2,000 cover included in the booking.
  3. The Benefit may cover non-South African, but is only applicable for accidental death claims within the borders of South Africa

justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator Agreement

The terms and conditions below are effective from 1 January 2023

The content of this document is intended solely for the use of an individual or entity to whom it is addressed and any others who are specifically authorized to receive it. It may contain confidential information. You are hereby notified that any disclosure, copying, distribution or otherwise placing reliance on the contents of this information is prohibited and may be unlawful in certain legal jurisdictions. The contents of the following document are the property of justGO Connect (Pty) Ltd. This document is provided for its intended recipients to use as a statement of requirements for business.

justGO Connect (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to add and/or delete material from this document at any time.

This justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator agreement is entered into and deemed effective as of the date accepted between the following entities, collectively known as the “Parties”

Lift Offer Ads

justGO (hereinafter referred to as “Lift Offer Ads”) has developed a ridesharing platform accessible on a website at the address wwwjustgo.co.za or in the form of a mobile application, and designed (The Platform)

  1. to put drivers travelling to a given destination in contact with passengers going in the same direction, in order to enable them to share the Trip and therefore the associated costs.

These terms and conditions have the purpose of governing access to and the terms of use of The Platform. Please read them carefully. You understand and recognise that Lift Offer Ads is not a party to any agreement, contract or contractual relations of any nature, entered into between the Members of The Platform or between you and the Driver.

By clicking “Login with Facebook” or “Register with an email address”, you recognise having read and accepted all these general conditions of use.

If you use your Account to log into the Lift Offer Ads platform of another country (for example, www.Lift Offer Ads.com.br), please note that

  1. the terms and conditions of that platform,
  2. the privacy policy of that platform, and
  3. the statutory rules and regulations of that country will apply.

This also means that information of your Account including personal data may have to be transferred to the legal entity operating that other platform. Please note that Lift Offer Ads reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform to users reasonably identified as located outside the territory of the European Union.

A profile will be added by justGO Connect to successful justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operators based on the criteria indicated below.

justGO Connect may verify profile information for transparency and fraud prevention.

justGO Connect agrees to add the approved justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator to the justGO platform to assist with online sales.

justGO Connect provides a platform for independent transport providers to sell their product with the justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads brand via the justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads sales channel and Lift Offer Ads.

justGO Connect acts as a booking agent for justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operators and accepts bookings and collects payment on behalf of the suppliers and Ads under the justGO Connect brand.

Bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the justGO.

The platform is for booking seats only and not for shipping parcels or objects.

After booking a trip, justGO Connect will collect the total amount paid by the passengers.

Each booking for a service component/trip/Ads is a direct agreement between you, the justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator and the relevant passenger.

justGO Connect will send a confirmation notice for every valid booking request, but cannot guarantee that such confirmation notice will be received by the passenger.

justGO Connect is not liable for any losses you may incur during your trip.

The information submitted with the booking request will be processed by justGO Connect as provided. If there is an error, kindly contact justGO’s Call Centre immediately.

A complete record of the passenger booking will be available on the justGO Connect app.

justGO Connect is not responsible for the service/quality provided by any of the operators.

As a justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator you need to adhere to all of the following and submit the necessary documentation:

Minimum of 21 years of age.

Valid driver's license - Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)

Roadworthiness test certificate with an accredited dealer.

Identity document (ID), valid driving license card (same code of vehicle for which you are applying for), or valid South African Passport.

If you are operating cross border trips you need to have a valid Cross Border Permit.

To be eligible for the platform, operators must have vehicles that meet approval standards, if the vehicles are not approved, they will be removed from the platform.

  • justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads reserves the right to update the eligibility criteria of vehicles as they relate to different products at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
  • Working windows and air conditioning.
  • No full-sized vans or trucks.
  • No government cars or marked vehicles.
  • No salvaged or rebuilt vehicles.
  • By signing up, you agree that your vehicle is fully compliant.

As Member, and providing you fulfil the conditions below, you can create and post Lift Offer Adverts on the Platform by entering information about the Trip you intend to make (dates/times and collection points and arrival, number of seats offered, options available, amount of the Cost Contribution, etc.).

When posting your Lift Offer Advert, you can indicate the milestone cities in which you agree to stop, to pick up or drop off Passengers. The sections of the Lift Offer Trip between these milestone cities or between one of these milestone towns and the collection point or destination of the Lift Offer Trip constitute “Legs”.

You are only authorised to post a Lift Offer Advert if you fulfil all the following conditions:

You only offer Lift Offer Adverts for vehicles you own or use with the express permission of the owner, and in all cases that you are authorised to use for the purposes of ridesharing;

You are and remain the main driver of the vehicle subject of the Lift Offer Advert;

The vehicle has valid third party insurance;

You have no contraindication or medical incapacity for driving;

The vehicle you intend to use for the Trip is a touring car with 4 wheels and a maximum of 7 seats, to the exclusion of cars requiring no licence to drive;

You do not intend posting another advert for the same Lift Offer Trip on the Platform;

You do not offer more Seats than the number available in your vehicle;

All Seats offered have a seatbelt, even if the vehicle is approved with seats having no seatbelt;

To use a vehicle in good working order and which complies with the applicable legal provisions;

You are a consumer and do not act as a professional.

You recognise that you are solely responsible for the content of the Lift Offer Advert you post on the Platform. Consequently, you represent and warrant the accuracy and truthfulness of all information contained in your Lift Offer Advert, and you undertake to fulfil the Trip under the conditions described in your Lift Offer Advert.

Your Lift Offer Advert will be posted on the Platform and therefore visible to Members and all visitors, even non-members, conducting a search on the Platform or on the website of Lift Offer Ads’s partners. Lift Offer Ads reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to not post or to remove, at any time, any Lift Offer Advert that does not comply with the T&Cs or that it considers as damaging to its image, that of the Platform, or that of the Services.

You are informed that in the event that you present yourself as a consumer by using the Platform when in fact you act as a professional, you are exposed to sanctions provided by the applicable law.

The justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator is responsible to load the trip details on the justGO Connect app.

Only an approved justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator is allowed to load trips.

You are only allowed to use your own login details to load a trip.

The minimum time frame to load a trip is 3 hours before departure, using the justGO app and unique login details.

The justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator must clearly state the departure point, arrival point, price, and travel date.

The justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator must keep their documents valid and updated with justGO for any changes or renewals.

The justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator must provide accurate information, especially regarding contact details (telephone, email, home address).

The justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator will charge the same amount to each and every passenger who is in the vehicle.

All Operators will load passengers at the address that is dedicated on the booking details loaded on the system.

If any issues arise you need to make the justGO agent/call centre aware of this immediately using the app or via email to help@justgo.co.za.

The justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator needs to close a trip once the shuttle/taxi/ bus has arrived at the destination on the justGO app using your unique login details.

It is important to respect agreed-upon times and places with passengers, especially the meeting place and drop-off point.

Ensure your service is available and ready for departure, all departures need to wait at least 10 minutes for possible latecomers.

The justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator needs to confirm baggage limitations within 24 hours of loading a trip, and/or at least 12 hours before departure whichever is applicable.

The justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operators can load a trip 6 months in advance.

Passengers will be able to leave a review once the trip/service has been completed, this will be added to your justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator profile.

justGO Connect has the right to remove reviews.

If a justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator receives an average of 3 stars or lower their account may be suspended or terminated.

In the event of a vehicle breakdown on the way to the pick-up point, the operator is fully responsible for providing transportation to the passengers' destination.

If the operator is a no-show at the pick-up point for more than 4 hours without communication, the passengers will receive a full refund to voucher and the operator will not be paid by justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads.

If the operator arrives at the destination 4 hours or more after the scheduled time, it may negatively affect customer reviews and future sales.

For delays, cancellations and break-downs, penalties will be charged and is the justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator’s responsibility for passengers to arrive at their destination.

Payment due to the justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator shall be based on all completed/closed trips on the justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator ID.

There are no deductions made for the price loaded per passenger by the justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator.

justGO Connect charges a service fee of 12% directly from the customer to cover costs i.e. call centre service, technology/platform, maintenance of technology/platform and bank charges.

All payments to justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operators will be done in South African Rands and subject to government taxes.

The money will be paid into the bank account provided during initial registration or updated banking details as provided by the justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator.

Payment will be made within 48 hours of closing a trip.

It will depend on the bank you bank with, as it takes anything from immediate to 24 hours to reflect in your account once payment has been approved.

If the payment day falls on a Sunday or Public holiday, the payment will be made on the following work day.

Bookings can be cancelled before departure on the justGO app, with your operator login.

If an operator cancels 72 hours or more before departure a 10% cancelation fee is applicable and will be deducted from the next trip.

If an operator cancels less than 72 hours before departure, a 25% cancellation fee is applicable and will be deducted from the next trip.

If the operator cancels the trip less than 48 hours before departure a 100% cancelation fee is applicable and will be deducted from the next trip.

If the bus/taxi/shuttle/lift offer delays for more than 4 hours, justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads will assist during office hours with a refund to a voucher or rebook the passenger to another available supplier, the justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator will be liable for a 100% cancellation fee.

Only 3 cancellations are allowed before justGO Connect removes you as a justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator.

Bookings can be changed before departure on the justGO app, with your operator login.

If an operator changes 72 hours or more before departure a 10% change fee is applicable and will be deducted from the trip.

The supplier can only change the time for the same day of travel.

Note: Pricing per passenger is updated and added when the route is loaded on the justGO app and cannot be changed once submitted.

This agreement is governed by South African Law.

The Parties consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Magistrate's Court with regard to any action based on these Terms and Conditions.

This document reflects an agreement between you and justGO as well as the client/passenger.

You will be liable for all legal fees or an attorney and own client scale in the event that justGO has to engage a lawyer to enforce or defend any of its rights.

  1. 9.1Operation

    justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads encourages you to leave a review about a Driver (if you are a Passenger) with whom you have shared a Trip or with whom you were supposed to share a Trip. However, you are not permitted to leave a review about another Passenger if you were a Passenger, or about a Member with whom you have not travelled or with whom you were not supposed to travel.

    The review left is immediately visible and published on the Platform following the review.

  2. 9.2Moderation
    You recognise and accept that justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads reserves the right not to publish or to delete any review, any question, any comment or any response if it deems its content breaches these T&Cs.
  3. 9.3Limit
    justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads reserves the right to suspend your Account, limit your access to the Services, or terminate these T&Cs in the case where (i) you have received at least three reviews and (ii) the average review you have received is less than or equal to 3.
  4. 9.4Intellectual property
    1. 9.4.1.Content published by Lift Offer Ads

      Subject to the contents provided by its Members, justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads is the sole holder of all intellectual property rights relating to the Service, the Platform, its content (notably texts, images, designs, logos, videos, sounds, data, graphics) and to the software and databases ensuring their operation.

      justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads grants you a non-exclusive, personal and non-transferable right to use the Platform and the Services, for your personal and private use, on a non-commercial basis and in compliance with the purposes of the Platform and the Services.

      You are prohibited from any other use or exploitation of the Platform and Services, and their content, without the prior written permission of justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads. Notably, you are prohibited from:

      Reproducing, modifying, adapting, distributing, publicly representing and disseminating the Platform, the Services and the content, with the exception of that expressly authorised by justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads;

      Decompiling and reverse engineering the Platform or Services, subject to the exceptions stipulated by the texts in force;

      Extracting or attempting to extract (notably using data mining robots or any other similar data collection tool) a substantial part of the data of the Platform.

Content posted by you on the Platform

In order to enable the provision of the Services, and in compliance with the purpose of the Platform, you grant justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads a non-exclusive licence to use the content and data you provide in the context of your use of the Services (hereinafter referred to as your “Member Content”). In order to enable justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads to distribute via the digital network and in accordance with any communication protocol (notably internet and mobile network), and to provide the content of the Platform to the public, you authorise justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads, for the whole world and throughout the duration of your contractual relations with justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads, to reproduce, represent, adapt and translate your Member Content as follows:

You authorise justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads to reproduce all or part of your Member Content on any digital recording media, known or as yet unknown, and notably on any server, hard disk, memory card, or any other equivalent media, in any format and by any process, known or as yet unknown, to the extent necessary to any operation of storage, backup, transmission or download linked to the operation of the Platform and the provision of the Service;

You authorise justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads to adapt and translate your Member Content, and to reproduce these adaptations on any digital media, current or future, stipulated in point (i) above, with the aim of providing the Services, notably in different languages. This right notably includes the option to make modifications to the formatting of your Member Content, with respect for your moral right, for the purposes of respecting the graphics charter of the Platform and/or making it technically compatible with a view to its publication via the Platform.

The Platform constitutes an online mobility platform on which the Members can create and post Lift Offer Adverts for Lift Offer Trips for the purposes of ridesharing. These Lift Offer Adverts can notably be viewed by the customers to find out the terms of the Trip, and where applicable, to directly book a Seat in the vehicle in question with the Member having posted the Advert on the Platform. The Platform also allows the Booking of Seats for Trips.

In using the Platform and in accepting these T&Cs, you recognise that Lift Offer Ads is not party to (i) any agreement entered into between you and the other Members with a view to sharing the costs relating to a Trip (ii) nor to any agreement concluded between you and a Driver.

Lift Offer Ads has no control over the behaviour of its Members, the Driver and their agents, and the users of the Platform. It does not own, exploit, supply or manage the vehicles subject of the Adverts, and it does not offer any Trips on the Platform.

You recognise and accept that Lift Offer Ads does not control the validity, truthfulness or legality of the Adverts, Seats and Trips offered. In its capacity of ridesharing intermediary, Lift Offer Ads does not provide any transport service and does not act in the capacity of carrier; the role of Lift Offer Ads is limited to facilitating access to the Platform.

In the context of Lift Offer Trips, the Members (Drivers or Passengers) act under their sole and full responsibility.

In its capacity of intermediary, justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads cannot be held liable for the effective occurrence of a Trip and notably owing to:

Erroneous information communicated by the Driver or the Driver in his Advert, or by any other means with regard to the Trip and its terms,

Cancellation or modification of a Trip by a customer or by a Driver;

The behaviour of its Members and customers during, before or after the Trip.

The justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator will under no condition remove or alter any trademarks listed on the product by justGO Connect.

The justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator must always protect justGO Connect’s intellectual property and other confidential information.

The justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator understands they may gain knowledge to certain information or materials that are of high value to the justGO Connect and its travellers and must always provide customer confidentiality.

This justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator agreement shall remain in full force from the agreement date.

justGO has the right to terminate this Sales Agent without any notice based on breach of contract or poor performance.

Both parties agree not to transfer this agreement or any obligations pertaining to this agreement without prior written consent.

Both parties agree to comply with all governmental laws and regulations applicable to justGO.

At any time and for any reason, we may terminate your use of and access to the app or other Offerings. At any time and for any reason, we may modify or discontinue providing the app or other Offerings, or any part thereof, with or without notice to you. No notice is required to effect any termination right of any party. You shall not hold us responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages due to our modification or discontinuation of the Site or other Offerings or our termination of your access to the Site or other Offerings.

This agreement and all its entirety shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties. This agreement supersedes all previous agreements whether oral or written between the parties.

Please review our terms. Use of any of the services offered by justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads will be subject to the latest version of our terms available on this web site. Our terms contain specific provisions to limit our liability, allocate risk or liability to you or constitute an acknowledgement of certain facts by you. We may change our terms of use from time to time. Such change will take effect as and when published.

  1. 18.1Sharing your information:

    Post, transmit, or otherwise, make available through or in connection with the justGO Connect App and website.

    Any information or materials that are, or posting, transmission or use of which is or may be: (a) threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful or intimidating; (b) defamatory or libellous; (c) protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, without the express written consent of the owner of such right

    Any material that would give rise to criminal or civil liability;

    Any unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements, promotional material, “junk mail,” “spam,” etc.

    Any personally identifiable information of another individual, without the prior lawful consent of such individual.

    Any material, non-public information about a company, without the proper authorization to do so.

    Use the justGO Connect app and website for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose

    Use the justGO Connect app and website to advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, or otherwise promote any services, businesses or opportunities except to the extent that you are a justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator.

We support the intent of the Consumer Protection Act which governs business interactions between a seller and a buyer concerning products/services consumed in South Africa.

We believe in honest, transparent, ethical and fair trade business practice.

We support the intent of the PoPI Act which by and large is to protect your personal information from distribution to or access by unauthorised parties.

Whilst we at justGO Connect are committed to doing so, you need to be aware that we cannot guarantee the extent to which your information is protected by third-party service providers, such as airlines, bus, shuttle or taxi companies, etc., who need your personal information to conclude your travel arrangements.

If any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This Agreement does not, and shall not be construed to, create any partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, agency or franchisor-franchisee relationship between you and justGO Connect. You may not assign, transfer or sublicense any or all of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our express prior written consent.

Both parties acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth within this sales Agent agreement.

I, confirm that I understand and accept the terms and conditions of this contract as a justGO Connect/Lift Offer Ads Operator. I am aware that the content is of confidential nature and at no time will it be divulged or discussed with any third party.

I also confirm that I have been made aware of the Company's personal policy and undertake to acquaint myself with the contents thereof.
